If the mapped drive from a customer's workstation to their Tracker data gets disconnected, they will receive the following error:
"ZIM: Unable to CHDIR to database path (file path to Tracker), RC = 1015."
To resolve, the drive may reconnect if you double-click it to open it.
If not, right-click disconnected drive, 'disconnect', and try to remap the drive to the appropriate directory.
If this cannot be done, advise that the customer contact their IT person, as it is a network related issue.
