For Tracker CL to send a call or message as an email, the information being sent has to be formatted with a messaging delimited to break up information correctly.
TrackerCL uses comma-delimited transmission, meaning the information being sent is broken up with commas.
If this messaging delimiter is not set in Tracker under the 'Dispatch Settings' (Administration Menu > Dispatch Defaults Menu > Dispatch Settings) or is set incorrectly,
you will receive the following error within the Tracker CL program:
"error in for Call: Not Defined"
In the Dispatch Settings in Tracker, set the messaging delimited to be a comma. Once this has been set, restart Tracker CL, and you will be able to send calls or messages to drivers.
