If a user is receiving error '5507' from Dispatch in Tracker, open the 'Motor Clubs' window by hitting the 'Motor Clubs' button, and check the total number of 'Digital Messages'.
If the total number of Digital Messages is above 10,000, delete old digitial messages.
This can be done from the Zim Prompt via the following commands:
find msg_digital wh msg_date < '(Date you want to delete messages up to)'
delete all
This deletes old messages and will prevent the error from coming up again as long as the total msg_digital records stays under 10,000.
