If the 'Use Tracker Touch' setting has not been enabled within Tracker, you will receive the following message when attempting to open Tracker Touch:


"User File Does Not Exist - Exiting Application"


To enable the 'Use Tracker Touch' feature in Tracker, open the 'Dispatch Settings' in Tracker, under the following path:


Administration > Dispatch Defaults > Dispatch Settings


Check the box next to 'Use Tracker Touch' at the bottom of the window, in the 'Optional Settings'.


Log out of Tracker and back in to create the 'Users' file, under the directory ...\Tracker\Calls.
